GCloud 14 (RM1557.14)

Brightwire is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a place on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) G-Cloud 14 framework.

This appointment enables Brightwire to provide cloud software and cloud support services to public sector organisations via the Digital Marketplace, simplifying procurement and accelerating digital delivery. As a registered G-Cloud 14 supplier, public sector customers can now buy Brightwire’s services quickly and compliantly through a trusted government procurement route.

The G-Cloud framework, managed by the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is designed to help public sector bodies find and procure cloud-based services efficiently. Brightwire’s inclusion on G-Cloud 14 reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting digital transformation across the public sector.

Brightwire has a strong track record of delivering user-centred, data-driven digital solutions, with particular expertise in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, systems integration and Microsoft technologies. Through G-Cloud 14, Brightwire will support organisations to modernise services, improve insight, and deliver better outcomes for users and stakeholders, while reducing procurement overhead and enabling successful delivery of applications.

Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (RM1043.9)

Brightwire is pleased to announce that we have been selected as a supplier on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) 7 framework.

The Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework makes specialist digital services available to the public sector. The Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework is designed to help public sector bodies access expert suppliers quickly and flexibly, particularly where specialist skills, agile delivery, and user-centred design are required. Brightwire’s selection for DOS 7 reflects its strong track record of working with public sector organisations to deliver practical, high-impact digital solutions.Our services have been awarded a place on the framework for the last six iterations of it, and we're proud to be listed.

Through DOS 7, Brightwire will support organisations across areas such as digital strategy, service design, delivery management, data and analytics, and Microsoft-based solutions — helping teams move from discovery to delivery with confidence.

Buyers can purchase via the Public Procurement Gateway.

Update: As of 30 January 2026 the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) extending the DOS 6 agreement for existing contract extensions. The new expiry date is now 30 May 2026. During this time Buyers can continue to use this agreement to buy the services they need. All new tenders on this framework should use DOS 7 from 1st April 2026.

 


 

Artificial Intelligence DPS (RM6200)

Low Value Purchase System (LVPS) (RM6237)

Brightwire is pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the Low Value Purchase System (LVPS) (RM6327).

This appointment enables public sector organisations to procure Brightwire’s services quickly and compliantly for low-value engagements, using a simple and efficient purchasing route - it's a simple solution for low cost, low volume, low complexity requirements. Buyers are not required to advertise their requirements on Contracts Finder before awarding a contract to a supplier on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) LVPS.

The Low Value Purchase System is designed to streamline procurement for smaller pieces of work, reducing administrative overhead while maintaining transparency and value for money. Brightwire’s inclusion reflects its continued commitment to supporting public sector organisations with flexible, responsive digital and data services.

Scottish Government Procurement Digital Technology and Cyber Services

Brightwire is pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the Scottish Government Procurement Digital Technology and Cyber Services Dynamic Purchasing System under Lot 1: Digital Projects and Services and Lot 2: Digital Project Resources.

Scottish Procurement have created this dynamic purchasing system to continue to provide Scottish public sector and third sector bodies with a quick route to market for digital technology and cyber security services. Technology is transforming the way public services are being delivered, and there has been significant growth in the demand for digital services, as identified in the Scottish Government’s Digital Strategy.
