Healthcare Improvement Scotland wanted to improve the way it communicated with its 3,000 employees. The previous intranet was difficult to maintain, and wasn't the first port of call for people looking for information. We designed and developed a new SharePoint based intranet which leveraged the investment into Microsoft technologies and was aligned with corporate and IT strategy. The new intranet allows everyone to find the information they need quickly and easily. With areas for new joiners, teams and department level information, searchable policies, procedures and forms, news and events, and room booking, the intranet has become the de facto place to go.
